Sometimes you just have to get off of Pinterest and turn off your depressing music and go outside and jump on the tramp. Sometimes you really just need a nap or a good run or a Diet Coke.   A lot of the time you need to stop thinking about yourself, (once you’ve showered and are feeling more human-like) and you need to call someone else and see how they’re doing.  And then you just need to dance in the kitchen and remember all the reasons your life doesn’t really suck.

Just keep swimming.
